Here we strive to have a great selection of parts, exceptional service, fast processing and shipment of your order with no fees ever!
-Domestic orders over $150 ship free.
-My new parts are directly from Sets/Pick a Brick walls and while they are in excellent condition can not be considered mint as they bounce and shift in the bags directly from Lego.
-My used parts are checked 3 times. Twice before they enter my inventory and once before they are shipped. Any damaged parts that can not be replaced or sourced will be notified before your order ships and you can decide how you would like to proceed. Only used heads will sometimes be stacked to prevent any additional wear during shipping.
-Fast shipping! Most orders ship in 24 hours, some exceptions on weekends and large orders 75+ lots may add a slight delay.
-Variations are adhered to unless noted.
-You are responsible for knowing any import duties and taxes and I can not be held responsible for any fee's incurred by your government.
-Minifigs are individually bagged, occasionally bulk lots will be bagged by minifig part. New minifigures are unassembled unless noted. Used minifgures are almost always assembled.
-Parts are packed safely and efficiently, lots of 20 or more always bagged separately. Used/New parts are never mixed. Some delicate used parts may be packaged with damaged minifig parts to prevent breakage such as thin chin strap helemts.
-Parts are bagged then packed a bubble mailer or box. The safe arrival of your parts is very important to me! Some orders will be double bubble bagged for safety.
-Packing list included with every order.
-Order number on back flap of bubble mailer or on the box.
-I will do my best to honor any special requests noted when placing you order.
-No Animals/Smoke. I have severe allergies and keep all parts away from any contaminates. My used parts may have come into contact with aminals but most of them are washed before entering my inventory.
-Feedback is left after order is shipped, please try to leave feedback when your order arrives and you have had time to make sure it’s correct!

Color Variations - Lego has had issues with color variations even lately with some colors and transparent parts. As this is a problem with Lego I will try to find similar shades but can only do so much. Please be aware of this and understand that it is out of my control. I try to seperate the drastic pieces but usually only if it is a few parts here and there. Any questions about my current inventory with a particular part, please contact me.
Returns are not accepted. Extenuating circumstances may allow a return but this would involve the package sent to not be opened. Shipping costs are never refundable (exceptions to this apply if I made a major mistake on your order).
